The easiest, tastiest Keto brownies, period.

Who doesn't love them some nice moist fudgy brownies? After well over a year of experimenting with Keto friendly Brownies, and never getting it quite right. Working tirelessly in the kitchen to recreate my favorite chocolate dessert. I've finally made it, and they are glorious.
I've experimented with Avacado brownies, which are pretty good,  but I haven't completely nailed the perfect recipe so I have yet to post it. I like the perfect balance of nutrient dense food that's also a dropkick in the mouth. These brownies are made mostly of almond butter, so if you have an allergy to nuts, you may want to skip this one. If you don't have a problem with them, then enjoy the tastiest brownies this side of ketoville. I'll post my avocado brownies soon, but in the meantime, here's a great recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Almond butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup Keto friendly sweetener
  • 1 tsp salt
Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, mix ingredients well, dry first then wet
  3. Place in a greased pan. I used an 8"x 8" for nice big thick brownies.
  4. Cook for 20-30 minutes, let cool cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
Note: if you want them smaller (which would actually equal more servings) I suggest a bigger baking pan
